Covenant Connection (Leaders Igniting Fellowship and Empowerment), following a period of profound prayer and consecration. This initiative was born out of a divine call from the Holy Spirit to create a covenant fellowship for Pastors, Leaders, and Ministries seeking spiritual covering and a connection with a broader Body of Believers.

Bishop Baxter's pastoral journey began on April 30, 2003, when he became the Senior Pastor of Deliverance Cathedral Sounds of Praise in Columbia, SC, where he served for seven years preaching and teaching deliverance and restoration. During this time, God directed him to birth another ministry, The Cathedral of Hope Sounds of Praise, in Reevesville, SC. January 1, 2005. He was later appointed on October 23, 2010, the Senior Pastor of Greater True Light Ministries in Myrtle Beach, SC. His leadership was further recognized on May 16, 2015, when The Most Reverend, Chief Apostle Allen H. Simmons consecrated him into the Bishopric during the Seventh Triennial of the Sounds of Praise Pentecostal Fellowship Ministries, Inc. He currently serves as the Sounds of Praise Southeast Region Liaison and the National Director of Evangelism, roles that amplify his influence and outreach within the fellowship.

 

In addition to his role as a leader and visionary, Bishop Baxter is an accomplished author. His book, *The Evolution of A Son*, available on Amazon, reflects his deep understanding of spiritual growth and leadership. He is also a gospel recording artist; his newest project, *Devotion: LIVE!*, was released by Bishop David L.
